Tawny Owl, or Boo as she is known at home, is a 2018 filly out of Ru. She's a special lady in that she is from our former stallion Bertie's last crop of foals before he was gelded.
Despite her young age she is one of the gentlest ponies in our herd. She looks after the children (equine and human) and is always a favourite with visitors as she likes to be first in the que for a hug.
It is hoped that Boo wil continue to mature well and that she will become a broodmare with us in the future. She certainly has the maternal instincts.
