Hobcroft Koko
Koko is our first foundation mare and matriarch of our main herd.

This lady has produced some of the highest quality offspring. Our first foal from Koko, Heald Town Bonny, has won many championships in the show ring and took the prestigous honour of Champion Female and Overall Reserve Supreme Champion at the 2015 Royal Highland Show.

We have retained two of Koko's filly foals, 2013 foal, Heald Town Bonny Heather and 2019 foal Heald Town Bonny Brae, for future breeding to ensure the preservation of one of our most valued breeding lines.
Koko has a wonderfully kind nature. She is often a favourite with visitors as she will stand and be fussed. She is also known for posing in front of the camera lens.

Koko has now retired from breeding - her last foal being Heald Town Bonny Mischief, born in 2021 and retained at the stud.
